Northwest Regional Library System

Residents of Roseau, Marshall, Kittson, Red Lake and Pennington Counties may register for a library card at the following public libraries.

• Greenbush
• Hallock
• Roseau
• Red Lake Falls
• Thief River Falls
• Warren
• Warroad
• Karlstad Satellite

This card may be used at any NWRL Library.  In turn, materials borrowed from one library may be returned to any other NWRL branch library.

Your Northwest Regional Library card may be used in any Minnesota public library that is a member of a regional public library system.

Non residents may apply for a library card for $30.00  per year.

Students studying at local colleges may apply for a card.
